Personal information is data that can be used to identify or contact a single person, such as your name, address, Email, phone number, as well as other non-public information related to the content above. KGateway app will not collect any of this data.
KGateway is a Wi-Fi-based device. Since the app need to configure the device by finding the SSID of Wi-Fi, so the app need the Location permissions. The app will only use the Location permissions when provision the device.
When the APP configures the KGateway, the app is connected to the device through the HTTP protocol and sends the configuration parameter. Because the internal resources of KGateway are very limited, it does not support the HTTPS protocol. During configuration, the APP and Kgateway are located under the same Route, so the HTTP protocol has limited impact on data security. Except for the configuration of KGateway, the app will not use the HTTP protocol in any other scenario. This means that APP does not use the HTTP protocol to access our server or third -party servers.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy, they will be posted on the Website and in the iTrack Easy app. You agree to be bound by any of the changes made in the terms of this Privacy Policy. Continuing to use the Services after being notified of such changes will indicate your acceptance of the amended terms.
